£48 per 4 week programme.
1:1 Yoga Training
This will include a postural analysis and talk through your injury problems before agreeing the best approach to your Yoga programme.
Sessions can be 30 mins or an hour.
Sessions delivered at The Green Room are £25 for 30mins, £40 for an hour.
