When I got into the Studio with James he wasn’t sure at first whether he wanted to ask about acupuncture, yoga or both. In the end he plumped for Yoga, saving up the acupuncture interview for another time!

We talked about how old you need to be to start Yoga (you can start as a baby if you find the right teacher) and how long you can keep doing it for. In this case there is no age limit, you just need to adapt your Yoga to your physical abilities.

We also talked about the benefits, including its ability to calm down your mind. James mentioned that he uses an exercise bike and his mind is still whirling away nineteen to the dozen. My reply was that Yoga is more mentally challenging than pedalling so you have to concentrate on one thing at a time!
